Set up The Sethi Partnership Solicitors in Eastcote; a general legal practice                    

July 1997 
Obtained Legal Aid Franchise for the practise in Crime and Matrimonial Law.

January 1998 
Set up The Sethi Solicitors Limited, T/A The Sethi Solicitors Property Centre. The first one-stop property shop in Harrow. The sole Director and employed six members of staff, who sell property, undertake conveyance and arrange financial services. This is now sold.

February 1998 
Set up a branch office of The Sethi Partnership Solicitors in Alperton, this branch was awarded a Legal Aid Franchise in Immigration and Family work. The office relocated to Rayners Lane and employed 7 members of staff.

May 1999 
The firm is the first legal practice to be awarded an accreditation for Investors in People and Lexcel, which is The law Societys practice management quality standard. We were one of the first practices to be awarded all the accreditation that a law firm is able to achieve and are used as a role model for other practises.
